Yes, all of our indoor installation and maintenance services are provided by FrontdoorPro®, which conveniently provides same-day or next-day service with a network of reliable, vetted pros.
Whether you are replacing an older faucet with a shiny, new one or considering an eco-friendly option, our trusted pros will install it for you quickly and efficiently. A professional from the vetted network within FrontdoorPro® will remove and dispose of the old faucet, professionally install the customer-supplied faucet, and provide any minor parts or materials needed to complete the installation. The necessary water connections must already be in place prior to installation. Changing the existing mounting type and the installation of non-standard faucets is not included in this service.
Toilet installation mishaps can result in serious floor damage, leaks, and other costly issues, so it’s important to ensure that it’s done correctly by a professional. A FrontdoorPro® pro will remove and dispose of the old toilet, install the customer-supplied 1-piece or 2-piece toilet, and provide any minor parts and materials needed to complete the installation, including the new wax ring. Changing the existing mounting type and the installation of some luxury toilets that require electrical connections is not included in this service.
Replacing the sink is a cost-effective way to upgrade the look of your bathroom. A FrontdoorPro® pro will remove and dispose of the old sink, install the customer-supplied sink (sinks come in many different shapes and sizes so it’s important to purchase one that fits your space and needs), connect the new sink to the faucet and drain lines, test for leaks to ensure a clean finish and fit, and provide any minor parts and materials needed to complete the installation. The necessary water connections must already be in place prior to installation. Faucet, supply lines, and trap installation are not included in this service.
A FrontdoorPro® pro can help install multiple types of plumbing items, including shower heads, water heaters, tankless water heaters, and garbage disposals. Pricing will be based on the type of plumbing item to be installed. Your pro will remove and dispose of the replaced item, professionally install the customer-supplied plumbing item, and provide any minor parts and materials needed to complete the installation. The necessary water and drain connections must already be in place prior to installation. Exclusions may apply depending on the plumbing items being installed.

I rented a motel room for the night and as I was getting ready to leave, the contractor called and said he could be there that night if I still wanted him to!!! I was soooo happy. Great service for homeowners! If you have a ton of cash ready for any home system that may fail at any moment then you are good. If you are like the other 90% of homeowners who don't, then do yourself a favor and protect your investment with an AHS home warranty. Seriously, a new HVAC in California costs over $4K. I paid $100. A new stove last year was $400, but I paid $75. It's in my budget and I don't think twice. AHS always takes great care of me.

I wasn't sure if a home warranty would be a good investment. My next door neighbor has AHS and had their AC unit repaired without any issues and little out of pocket cost. With that I was sold. I used AHS for the first time and what an easy process. I booked a service appointment online, paid the $100 service fee, and the repairman fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Our "trusted" AC tune up guys told us our unit was leaking refrigerant and needed a new coil unit. The AHS contractor saw that a bolt was loose and after he tightened it, his meter no longer detected a leak. Thank you for sending out honest repairmen!! I'm already a huge fan.
